기저귀 개요

• 기저귀에는 여러 종류가 있다.
• 한번 쓴 후 버리는 일회용 기저귀도 있고, 한번 쓴 후 빨아 다시 여러 번 쓸 수 있는 천으로 만든 천 기저귀도 있다.
• 한번 찬 기저귀에 소변을 여러 번 싸도 척척하지도 않고 마른 감을 주는 수퍼 흡수성 기저귀도 있다.
• 이런 종류의 기저귀는 요즘 어린 자녀를 양육하는 여성들로부터 대 환영을 받고 있다.
• 물론 이 종류의 기저귀도 한번 채운 후 소 대변으로 젖으면 떼서 버려야 한다.
• 차고 있는 동안 수퍼 흡수성 기저귀에 여러 번 소변을 싸도 기저귀 속에 들어 있는 겔 성분에 소변이 잘 흡수되어 척척하지도 않고 밤새 동안 큰 불편 없이 계속 찰 수 있다. 이런 기저귀를 사서 쓰는 비용과 사용 후 버릴 때 환경문제가 생기는 것이 단점이다.
• 격동하는 이 세상에서, 눈코 뜰 새 없이 바쁘게 생활하는 부모들이 어린 자녀들을 양육하는데 훨씬 편리하게 살 수 있게 된 것은 큰 장점이다.
• 그 중 어느 기저귀든 한 종류의 기저귀를 선택해 써도 좋다.
• 소변이 잘 흡수되고 증발이 잘되는 소창지, 거즈, 또는 면포 등으로 만든 천 기저귀가 어떤 아기들에게도 더 좋을 수 있다. 그러나 요즘 많은 아기 엄마들은 일회용 기저귀를 더 선호한다.
• 천으로 만든 기저귀를 고무줄로 채울 때 불편한 점도 있었다. 요즘은 고무줄 대신 기저귀용 안전핀을 이용하든지 부착 테이프를 이용한다.
• 일회용 기저귀는 한 번 쓴 후에 버리지만 소창지나 거즈 등으로 만든 천 기저귀는 빨아서 다시 여러 번 쓸 수 있어 경제적이고 부드러운 촉감을 아기에게 주는 장점이 있다.
• 소창지나 거즈 등으로 팬티 모양으로 만든 천 기저귀는 채우기도 간편하고 빨아서 또다시 쓸 수 있고 경제적이다.
• 일회용 기저귀의 겉면은 대소변이 새어나오지 않게 비닐 등 화학섬유 성분으로 만들고 기저귀 속은 소변이 잘 흡수 될 수 있는 화학섬유 겔 성분으로 만든다.
• 요즘 팸퍼 기저귀를 차고 거기에다 두세 번 소변을 싸도 마른 기저귀를 찬 촉감을 주기 때문에 특히, 밤에 오랫동안 잘 때 채워주면 편리한 점이 있어 더욱 좋다.
• 일회용 기저귀를 쉽게 채울 수 있게 일회용 기저귀 바깥 면의 양쪽에 반창고 테이프나 부착성 띠가 달려있다.
• 기저귀 핀이나 고무줄이 더 이상 필요 없게 됐다.
• 일회용 기저귀를 양쪽에 있는 반창고 테이프로 쉽게 채울 수 있다. 대소변을 싸면 그 기저귀에 있는 반창고 테이프를 그냥 떼서 버릴 수 있어 어린 자녀를 돌보는데 편리하다.
• 일회용 기저귀를 찬 피부에 공기가 잘 유통되지 않고 오줌똥을 싼 후 기저귀를 곧 갈아주지 않으면 기저귀 피부염이 잘 생길 수 있다.
• 또 비경제적이고 일단 쓴 이런 기저귀 사용으로 환경 문제가 크게 생긴다(부모도 반의사가 되어야한다-소아가정간호 백과-제 17권 소아청소년 피부 질환-기저귀 피부염 참조).
• 천 기저귀에 똥을 싸면 기저귀에 싼 똥을 변기에 털어 버린 후 그 기저귀를 물속에 잠시 동안 담갔다가 비누로 빤 후 삶아서 다시 사용할 수 있다.
• 소변만 쌌을 때의 기저귀는 꼭 삶아 빨을 필요가 없고 맹물에 헹구어 빨아 다시 써도 된다.

• 천 기저귀는 여러 종류의 천으로 만든다.

• 그 외 무명이나 거즈 등으로 만든 천 기저귀가 일회용 기저귀보다 여러모로 더 좋은 점이 많다.
• 나이에 따라 아기가 소변이나 대변을 보는 횟수와 양이 다르다.
• 그 때문에 하루에 필요한 기저귀의 수를 일정하게 정할 수 없다.
• 기저귀의 크기도 일정하게 정할 수 없다.
• 아기를 키워본 경험이 있는 친지분이나 간호사들에게 문의하여 기저귀를 선택하면 좋다.

• 일회용 기저귀도 여러 종류가 있다.
• 일회용 기저귀 안팎은 비닐로 싸여져 있고, 속은 대소변이 잘 흡수될 수 있게 화학섬유 겔 성분을 넣어 만든다.
• 반창고 테이프가 기저귀 바깥 양쪽에 달려 있어서 기저귀를 채울 때 안전핀도 고무줄도 필요 없이 쉽게 채울 수 있다.
• 일회용 기저귀의 종류에 따라 기저귀를 채운 후 그 위에 기저귀 커버를 채울 때도 있다. 일회용 기저귀의 크기도 나이에 따라 여러 가지이다.
• 대변을 싼 일회용 기저귀는 한 번 이상 쓰지 않는 것이 보통이다.
• 한 번 쓴 기저귀를 세탁해서 쓰지 않기 때문에 매우 편리한 점도 있지만 천 기저귀를 쓸 때보다 비경제적이고 환경문제에 관련되어 있는 것이 단점이다.
• 사용한 일회용 기저귀 처리문제가 큰 공해문제로 등장했다.
• 일회용 기저귀는 공기의 유통이 잘되지 않는 것도 단점이다.
• 일회용 기저귀를 찬 아기가 오줌똥을 쌀 때 기저귀를 바로 갈아주지 않으면 기저귀 피부염이 쉽게 생길 수 있다.
• 밤중에 잘 때 오줌만 싼 기저귀를 바로 꼭 갈아줄 필요는 없다.

기저귀 채우는 법

• 일회용 기저귀 채우는 법은 아주 쉽기 때문에 기저귀 채우는 법에 관해 긴 설명이 필요 없다.
• 기저귀 양쪽에 반창고 부착 테이프가 있거나 부착 띠가 있어 천 기저귀를 채우기가 편리하고 쉽다.
• 먹고 배가 더 부르면 아기도 불편을 느낄 수 있다.
• 요즘, 어떤 종류의 천 기저귀는 마치 기저귀 커버같이 만들었고, 채울 때 반창고 부착 띠로 채울 수 있어 기저귀용 안전핀도, 테이프도 필요가 없다.

천 기저귀 세탁 법

• 일회용 기저귀에 대변을 싸면 그 기저귀를 뭉치고 거기에 달린 반창고 테이프로 붙여 버리면 위생적이고 간편하다.
• 천 기저귀에 똥을 쌌을 때는 기저귀에 싼 똥을 변기에 털은 후 기저귀를 물속에 얼마동안 담갔다가 보통 비누로 빤 다음 삶아 말린 후 다시 사용할 수 있다.
• 소변만 싼 기저귀는 특별히 삶아서 소독할 필요도 없다.
• 밤에 잘 때 소변만 싼 기저귀는 아침에 일어나 갈아 주어도 된다.
• 귀저기 피부염이 있을 때 이미 썼던 천 기저귀는 삶아 빨아 쓰는 것이 좋다.
• 기저귀를 빠는 빨래 통은 다른 종류의 빨래 빨 때 쓰는 빨래 통과 구분해서 사용해야 한다.

기저귀 커버

• 기저귀를 찬 채 오줌똥을 싸면 오줌똥이 찬 기저귀 바깥쪽으로 흘러나올 수 있다.
• 이런 불편한 점을 덜어주기 위해, 이미 차고 있는 기저귀 위에다가 채워줄 수 있게 만든 팬티 모양의 기저귀를 기저귀 커버라고 한다.
• 싼 오줌똥이 차고 있는 기저귀의 밖으로 흘러나오지 않을 정도로 두꺼운 비닐 등 화학섬유로 기저귀 커버를 만든다.
• 기저귀 커버는 이미 차고 있는 기저귀 바깥쪽 입히는 일종의 팬티와 비슷하다.
• 아기가 차고 있는 기저귀 안쪽 면에 오줌똥을 쌌을 때 그 오줌똥이 기저귀 커버 바깥으로 흘러나오지 않아서 좋기는 하지만 싼 오줌똥으로 젖은 기저귀와 기저귀 커버를 오랫동안 계속 차고 있으면 공기와 습기 등이 기저귀 커버와 기저귀를 통해서 잘 유통되지 않는다.
• 그래서 기저귀 찬 부위의 피부가 쉽게 짓무르고 기저귀 피부염이 쉽게 생길 수 있다.
• 기저귀 커버를 보통 때 항상 쓰지 말고 아기를 데리고 멀리 여행 갈 때나 특별한 경우에 분별 있게 쓰는 것이 좋다.
• 기저귀 커버 대신 새로 디자인된 천 기저귀, 여러 번 쓸 수 있는 일회용 기저귀도 있어 형편에 맞는 기저귀를 선택해서 쓸 수 있다.
• 그러나 기저귀 값이 상당한 것이 큰 문제이다.

Diaper Overview

• There are several types of diapers.

• There are disposable diapers that are used once and thrown away, and there are cloth diapers made of cloth that can be washed and reused after being used once.

• There are also super-absorbent diapers that feel dry even after urinating several times in a diaper once wet.

• These types of diapers are very welcomed by women raising young children these days. • Of course, this type of diaper must be removed and thrown away if it gets wet feces after being filled once.

• Even if you urinate several times in the super absorbent diaper while wearing it, the gel inside the diaper absorbs urine well, so you can keep wearing it all night without any discomfort. The disadvantages are the cost of buying and using these diapers and the environmental problems that arise when disposing of these diapers.

• In this turbulent world, it is a great advantage for parents who are constantly busy living their lives to be able to live much more conveniently in raising their young children.

• You may choose one type of diaper from any of them.

• Cloth diapers made of gauze, or cotton cloth that absorb urine and evaporate well may be better for some babies. But these days, many baby mothers prefer disposable diapers.

• There was also discomfort when filling cloth diapers with rubber bands. These days, instead of rubber bands, diaper safety pins or adhesive tapes are used.

• Disposable diapers are thrown away after one use, but cloth diapers made of gauze can be washed and reused many times, which is economical and has the advantage of giving babies a soft touch.

• Cloth diapers made in the shape of panties with small intestines or gauze are easy to fill, wash and reuse, and are economical.

• The outer surface of disposable diapers is made of chemical fiber components such as vinyl to prevent urine leakage, and the inside of the diaper is made of chemical fiber gel components that can absorb urine well.

• These days, even if you wear a pamper diaper and urinate two or three times, the dry diaper gives you a cold feel, so it’s even better because it’s convenient to fill it up when you sleep for a long time at night.

• Band-aid tape or adhesive strips on both sides of the outer side of the disposable diaper to make it easier to fill the disposable diaper.

• No more diaper pins or rubber bands.

• Disposable diapers can be easily filled with band-aid tape on both sides. The band-aid tape on the diaper can be simply peeled off and thrown away, making it convenient for caring for small children.

• Diaper dermatitis can easily occur if the skin in disposable diapers is not well circulated and the diaper is not changed immediately after urinating.

• It is also uneconomical and causes major environmental problems with the use of these diapers once worn (Parents should also become at least the half-doctors – Encyclopedia of Pediatric and Family Nursing – Volume 17 Pediatric Skin Diseases – Diaper Dermatitis).

• If you poop in a cloth diaper, you can wash the diaper in the toilet for a while and then wash it with soap and boil it to reuse.

• There is no need to boil diapers when only urinating, and can be washed and reused by rinsing in fresh water.

• Cloth diapers are made of several types of fabric.

• In general, cloth diapers are good for maintaining skin health because urine absorbs well, evaporates well and air circulates well.

• In addition, cloth diapers made of cotton or gauze have many advantages over disposable diapers.

• Depending on the baby’s age, your baby’s number and frequency of urination or stool vary.

• As a result, there is no fixed number of diapers needed per day.

• The size of the diaper cannot be fixed.

• It is better to select a diaper by asking relatives or nurses who have experience raising babies.

• There are several types of disposable diapers.

• The inside and outside of the disposable diaper are wrapped in plastic, and the inside is made with chemical fiber gel to make it easier to absorb urine and feces.

• Band-aid tape on both sides of the outside of the diaper makes it easy to put on without the need for safety pins or rubber bands.

• Depending on the type of disposable diaper, the diaper is filled and then a diaper cover is placed over it. The size of disposable diapers also varies according to age.

• Disposable diapers for feces are usually not used more than once.

• It is very convenient because it is not washed and used once, but the disadvantage is that it is less economical than using cloth diapers and it is related to environmental problems.

• Disposal of used disposable diapers has emerged as a major pollution problem.

• Disposable diapers are also disadvantageous in that they do not circulate well.

• Diaper dermatitis can easily develop if a baby wearing disposable diapers does not change the diaper right away when he urinates.

• You don’t have to change diapers right away when you sleep at night.

How to put a diaper

• Disposable diaper fillings are so easy that there is no need for lengthy explanations on how to do them.

• There is a band-aid tape on both sides of the diaper or an attachment strip, so it is convenient and easy to fill the cloth diaper.

• Eating and feeling full can also make your baby uncomfortable.

• Nowadays, some types of cloth diapers are made like diaper covers and can be filled with a bandage when filling, eliminating the need for diaper safety pins or tape.

How to wash cloth diapers

• It is hygienic and convenient if you wrap the feces in a disposable diaper and put it together with the bandage tape attached to it.

• When the newborns poop in a cloth diaper, you can wash the diaper in the toilet for a while and then wash the diaper with normal soap, then boil it and dry it before using it again.

• Urine-only diapers do not need to be especially boiled and disinfected.

• You can change diapers that only urinate at night when you wake up in the morning.

• If you have diaper dermatitis, it is best to boil and washcloth diapers that have already been used.

• Use a separate diaper bin for washing different types of laundry. soaker

• If you poop while wearing a diaper, the urine may flow out of the full diaper.

• To alleviate this inconvenience, a panty-shaped diaper that can be filled on top of the diaper already worn is called a diaper cover.

• Make a diaper cover with chemical fibers such as vinyl thick enough to prevent cheap urine from leaking out of the diaper you are wearing.

• A diaper cover is similar to a type of underpants you put on the outer diaper you are already wearing.

• When a baby poops on the inside of a diaper worn by a baby, it is good that the urine does not leak out of the diaper cover. and diapers are not well distributed.

• So, the skin in the diaper-filled area is easily irritated and diaper dermatitis can easily develop.

• Don’t wear a diaper cover all the time but use it sensibly when traveling with your baby or on special occasions.

• There are also newly designed cloth diapers instead of diaper covers and disposable diapers that can be used multiple times, so you can choose a diaper that suits your needs.

• However, the high cost of diapers is a big problem.
