신생아의 언어 발육에서 이미 설명했다.
신생아가 조금만 울어도 엄마들이 당황한다.
특히 첫 아기를 가진 초보 엄마들은 더 그렇다.
신생아가 울 때마다 걱정하고 관심을 갖고 보살피는 것은 당연하다.
그렇지만 운다고 해서 항상 당황하고 걱정할 필요는 없다.

신생아들이 우는 이유

아기의 울음은 아기의 언어이다.
신생아기 이후 영아기 아이들이나 유아기 아이들이나 학령기 아이들, 사춘기 아이들이나 성인들이 보통으로 말 할 때 눈에서 눈물이 나오지 않는 것처럼 신생아들이나 1∼3개월 영아들이 울 때, 즉 그들이 울음 말로 무엇을 표현하고 요구할 때 눈물이 눈에서 나오지 않는 것을 볼 수 있다.
신생아들이 자기들의 의견을 표현할 때 울음이란 말로 표현하는 것이다.
기저귀가 젖어 불편할 때 기저귀를 갈아 달라고 울 수 있다.
위 장관 속에 가스가 차서 배가 아플 때,
영아 산통으로 배가 아플 때
우유 알레르기로 어디가 아플 때
목이 말라 물을 먹고 싶을 때,
배가 고프거나 어디가 아플 때 신생아들은 크게 소리 내어 울어 자기를 도와달라고 울음 말로 표현한다.
자기에게 생긴 불편한 점을 엄마아빠에게 알리기 위해 신생아들은 운다.
춥다든지, 덥다든지, 너무 불편할 때
인공영양을 충분히 머지 못해 배가 고프면 울 수 있다.
사랑이 필요할 때,
혼자 있기 싫을 때
두려워 할 때,
외로울 때,
부모가 불안 할 때
말 하고 싶을 때
잠투정을 할 때도 울 수 있다.
그 외 여러 가지 이유로 울 수 있다.

울면서 몸짓 말로 자기 의사를 표현해서 부모와 대화도 한다.

엄마 아빠보고 사랑해 달라고 운다.
말을 할 줄 아는 아이들이 말로 사랑해 달라고 하는 대신 신생아들은 그냥 울음 말로 사랑해 달라고 표현 한다.
그들은 울음 말 말고, 몸짓 말(신체 말)로 엄마 아빠와 대화한다.
점점 더 커 가면서 신생아들은 여러 가지 이유로 울 수 있다.
우는 이유에 따라 신생아의 울음소리의 음색에 차이가 난다.
초보 엄마 아빠도 아기 신생아의 울음소리의 음색과 몸짓 말에 알게 모르게 곧 익숙해진다.
대부분의 부모들은 신생아가 울 때 그 울음의 음색과 음량에 따라 아기가 아파서 우는지, 배가 고파서 우는지, 사랑해 달라고 우는지, 다른 이유로 우는지 어느 정도 잘 분별할 수 있다.
거기다가 그들이 몸짓 말로 대화를 할 때 그들이 필요한 것이 무엇인지 더 쉽게 알 수 있다.
큰 아이들이 무엇을 해 달라고 말로 표현하면 부모가 관심을 갖고 들어 주는 것 같이 신생아가 울면 그 우는 이유가 무엇인지, 신생아가 왜 우는지 살펴보고 신생아가 우는 원인을 알아내고 우는 이유와 원인에 따라 신생아를 양육해야 한다.

• Mothers panic when a newborn baby cries a little.

• This is especially true for new mothers with their first babies.

• Whenever a newborn cries, it is natural to be concerned, caring and caring.

• But crying doesn’t always mean you need to panic and worry.

Why Newborns Cry

• A baby’s cry is a baby’s language.

• Just as infants, toddlers, school-age children, adolescents, and adults do not have tears coming out of their eyes when speaking normally, when newborns or infants 1 to 3 months old cry, i.e. what to express and demand with their crying words. You can see the tears don’t come out of your eyes.

• When newborns express their opinions, crying is what they say.

• Crying for a diaper change when the diaper is wet and uncomfortable.

• When you are sick with a milk allergy

• When you are thirsty and want to drink water,

• Newborns cry out loud when they are hungry or sick. Cry for help.

• Newborns cry to inform mothers and fathers of their discomfort.

• When it’s cold, hot, or too uncomfortable

• You may cry if you are hungry before long enough on artificial nutrition.

• When you need love,

• When you don’t want to be alone

• When you are afraid,

• When you are lonely,

• When parents are anxious

• When you want to talk

• Cry even when sleeping.

• You may cry for many other reasons.

• See mom and dad and cry for love.

• Instead of verbally asking for love from children who can speak, newborns simply cry for love.

• They communicate with Mom and Dad using body language, not crying words.

• As they grow older, newborns may cry for a variety of reasons.

• Depending on the reason for crying, the tone of the cry of a newborn baby is different

. • Even novice moms and dads quickly get used to the tone and body language of a newborn baby’s cry.

• When a newborn cries, most parents can tell to some extent whether the baby is crying because of pain, hunger, love, or other reasons, depending on the tone and volume of the cry.

• Plus, it’s easier to see what they need when they’re talking with body language.

• Like a parent paying attention when an older child verbalizes a request for something to do. should be nurtured
