여러 가지 좋은 자료들이 있어서 도움이 많이 되었습니다.. 몇 가지 여쭤볼게 있는데요, 참고로 저희 딸은 태어난 지 두 달 째구요, 모유수유중입니다.

1. 얼굴에 좁쌀만 한 것들이 많이 나있어요.. 목 주위랑 어깨, 그리고 머릿속 에도 조금씩.. 첨엔 붉은 기가 있더니 지금은 그냥 도돌도돌하게 올라와 있어요.. 그것 때문에 간지러운지 아기가 얼굴을 심하게 비벼요.. 그래서 아직도 손싸개를 씌워 놓구 있어요, 자꾸만 할퀴어서 상처가 나거든요..

2. 팔다리를 굉장히 심하게 버둥거려요.. 머리를 이리저리 뻗대기도 하고.. 뭐라고 뭐라고 하면서 잠꼬대 같은 말들도 하구요.. 특히 밤 시간대에 더 심해요.. 낮엔 잘 자고 잘 먹고 그러는데 꼭 밤이 되면 뭔가가 불편한 것처럼 그러네요..

3. 태어날 때부터 귀에 자그마한 바늘구멍 같은 것이 생겨있던데 여기에 나와 있는 자료에 의하면 귀기형(외이도 앞쪽에 난 하나의 이루공)이라고 되어 있던데 그럼 생활하는데 무슨 문제가 생기는 건가요? 그리고 그 구멍이 생기는 건 유전인가요?

4. 귀의 이륜(자료에 보니깐 이륜이라고 부르는 것 같던데 확실한 명칭이 맞는지는 잘 모르겠네요)부분이 접혀져 있어요.. 안에 물렁뼈 같은 것이 접혀져 있어서 손으로 아무리 펴도 안 되네요.. 이런 것도 기형의 종류에 속하는지, 그리고 수술이 필요한지도 알고 싶어요.

질문이 너무 많죠? 죄송해요.. 초보엄마다 보니까 궁금한 게 한두 가지가 아니네요..

그 동안 휴가로 한국 팔도강산 여행하고 돌아왔습니다.

자녀의 나이, 성별, 과거 병력, 가족 병력, 진찰소견, 임상검사 등의 정보를 많이 알수록 답변을 드리는데 도움이 됩니다.

주신 정보를 토대로 해서 답변을 드리겠습니다.

진찰을 하지 않고 무엇 때문에 그런지 확실히 알 수 없지만 혹시 아토피성 피부염(습진) 또는 태열로 그런 피부염이 생 길 수 있습니다.

물론 땀띠나 여드름의 증상도 그럴 수 있고요.

하였든 의사의 진단 치료를 받으십시오.

참고로, 습진과 아토피성 피부염은 다른 병명이지만 의사도 비 의료인들도 때론 같은 병명으로 이 두 병명을 쓰기도 합니다.

아마도 정상적으로 잠자는 것 같습니다.

대개 이 나이 아기들은 불편하면 울어서 부모에게 알리는 것이 보통입니다.

태어날 때부터 귀에 자그마한 바늘구멍 같은 것이 생겨있던데 여기에 나와 있는 자료에 의하면 귀기형(외이도 앞쪽에 난 하나의 이루공)이라고 되어 있던데 그럼 생활하는데 무슨 문제가 생기는 건가요? 그리고 그 구멍이 생기는 건 유전인가요?

맞습니다. 유전으로 생긴 이루공입니다. 거기에 염증이 생기지 않으면 아무 문제가 일생동안에 생기지 않으니 걱정하실 것 없습니다. 적어도 한 번 정도 단골 의사 선생님과 그에 관해 상의해보세요.

이륜 속에는 물렁뼈가 있으나 영유아들의 물렁뼈는 더 미약해서 이륜 형태가 잘 형성되지 않으나 점점 더 자라면서 이륜이 정상 형태로 돌아가는 것이 보통입니다.
걱정하실 것 없이 기다려보시면 정상으로 자랄 것입니다.
아기들에게는 아무 이상이 없는 데 부모들에게는 염려가 생길 수 있습니다.
우리들 모두는 가진 것이 하나도 없고 자녀들도 내 소유물이 아닙니다.
기다리실 수 있는 한도까지 기다리셨다가 어떻게 도와줄 수 있는가를 결정하시기 바랍니다.
귀 모양이 이상한 것이 심려를 끼치면 모자를 씌워 귀를 가리고 외출해도 좋을 것입니다.

A. Won to mom Hello. Thanks for asking. That’s a good question. In the meantime, I returned from a trip to Mt. Paldogangsan in Korea on vacation.

A. Yes. It is a hereditary Irukong. As long as there is no inflammation there, there will be no problems in your lifetime, so don’t worry. Talk to your regular doctor at least once about it.
