임신 제1, 3개월기 (임신 제1 삼분기) 동안 태아의 성장 발육, Feutus Growth and Development of the fetus in The first trimester

임신 제4주

• 태아의 심장이 뛰기 시작하고 혈액이 순환되기 시작한다.
• 코와 귀가 생기기 시작하나 뚜렷이 구분할 수 없다.
• 소화기가 생기기 시작하고 팔다리 형태가 조금 나타난다.

임신  제8주

• 이때 태아의 신장은 3㎝, 체중은 1g이다.
• 이목구비의 형태가 뚜렷하다.
• 사람의 형태와 비슷하고 얼굴 형태가 나타난다.
• 위아래 눈꺼풀이 서로 꼭 붙어 있고 눈은 뜰 수 없다.
• 위팔과 팔꿈치, 아래팔과 손, 넓적다리와 무릎, 정강이와 발 형태가 뚜렷하게 나타난다.
• 이때 탯줄이 생긴다.
• 긴뼈와 내장이 생긴다.
• 꼬리 달린 태아 형태는 더 이상 볼 수 없다.

임신 제12주

• 이때 태아의 신장은 7.6㎝, 체중은 28.4g이다.
• 손·발·팔·다리·손가락·발가락·손톱과 발톱이 생기기 시작한다.
• 비로소 사람의 형태로 보인다.
• 이때 외이(外耳)가 생긴다.
• 장차 이가 될 아체(芽體)가 위아래 턱뼈 속에 생기기 시작하고 이가 날 구멍들이 상·하악골에 생긴다.
• 눈의 모든 구조가 거의 다 생긴다.
• 아직도 위아래 눈꺼풀이 서로 꼭 붙어 있다.
• 이때 심장 박동 소리를 들을 수 있다.
• 태아가 점점 더 자람에 따라, 자궁도 점점 더 커지고 아랫배가 불러지고 커진 자궁을 손으로 만져 볼 수도 있다.

 Growth and Development of the Feutus in The first trimester

4 weeks pregnant

• The fetus’s heart begins to beat and blood begins to circulate.

• Nose and ears begin to develop, but cannot be clearly distinguished.

• The digestive system begins to develop and the limbs appear slightly.

8 weeks pregnant

• At this time, the height of the fetus is 3cm and the weight is 1g.

• The shape of the facial features is clear.

• It is similar to a human shape, and the face shape appears.

• The upper and lower eyelids are stuck together and the eyes cannot open.

• Upper arms and elbows, forearms and hands, thighs and knees, shins and feet are clearly visible.

• At this point, the umbilical cord is formed.

• Long bones and intestines are formed.

• The tailed fetal form is no longer visible.

12 weeks pregnant

• At this time, the height of the fetus is 7.6 cm and the weight is 28.4 g.

• Hands, feet, arms, legs, fingers, toes, fingernails and toenails begin to form.

• It is only seen in human form.

• At this time, the outer ear is formed.

• A body, which will become a future tooth, begins to form in the upper and lower jawbones, and teething holes are formed in the upper and lower mandibles.

• Almost all structures of the eye are formed.

• The upper and lower eyelids still stick together.

• You can hear the heartbeat at this time.

• As the fetus grows, the uterus gets bigger and bigger and you can feel the enlarged uterus with your hands.
