그림 1-113. 그림과 같이 자궁 내 태아의 머리는 자궁 아래쪽으로 향해 있을 수도 있고 위쪽으로 향할 수 있다. 태아는 양수 속에서 자란다. 태아가 자궁벽으로 눌리지 않도록 양수로 태아는 보호받는다. 전체 양수는 1일 8회 새 것으로 바뀐다.

| 임신 제4개월 |
- 이때 태아의 신장은 16∼18㎝, 체중은 113g 정도이다.
- 심장이 더 강하게 뛴다.
- 근육이 움직일 수 있고,
- 소화기가 기능하기 시작한다.
- 피부색은 밝은 핑크색이다.
- 피하에 있는 핏줄을 육안으로 들여다볼 수 있고 피부가 투명하다.
- 피부에 부드럽고 섬세한 솜털이 나 있다.
- 머리통은 몸통에 비해 더 크다.
- 눈·코·귀·입 형태가 거의 완전히 형성된다.썹이 난다.

| 임신 제5개월 |
- 이때 태아의 신장은 25∼30㎝, 체중은 227∼453g 정도이다.
- 피부색은 아직도 밝은 핑크색이다.
- 태아가 점점 더 성장되고 자궁도 더 커진다.
- 이때 커진 자궁 저부가 임산부의 배꼽 있는 부위까지 올라와 있다.
- 태아는 자궁 속에서 체위를 이쪽저쪽으로 돌리면서 자란다.
- 태아가 점점 더 자람에 따라 자궁이 더 커져서 임산부의 아랫배 어디서든지 자궁이 만져질 수 있다.
- 임신 5개월 말까지 위아래 눈꺼풀은 여전히 꼭 붙어 있다.
- 머리에 머리카락이 조금 나 있다.

| 임신 제6개월 |
- 임신 6개월 말 경 태아의 신장은 28∼36㎝, 체중은 466∼679g 정도이다.
- 피부에 주름살이 많이 잡혀 있고, 피부색은 아직도 밝은 핑크색이다.
- 하얀 크림과 비슷한 태지로 전신의 피부를 덮는다.
- 이때 쯤 위아래 눈꺼풀은 서로 붙어 있으나 쉽게 분리될 수 있고 속눈썹이 나 있다.
- 손톱이 손가락 끝까지 길게 자라있다.

4th month of pregnancy
• At this time, the height of the fetus is 16-18 cm, and the weight is about 113 g.
• Your heart beats harder.
• muscles can move,
• The fire extinguisher begins to function.
• Skin color is light pink.
• The blood vessels under the skin can be seen with the naked eye and the skin is transparent.
• The skin has soft and delicate fur.
• The head is larger than the torso.
• The shape of the eyes, nose, ears, and mouth is almost completely formed. The eyebrows are raised.

5th month of pregnancy
• At this time, the height of the fetus is 25-30 cm, and the weight is about 227-453 g. • The skin color is still bright pink.
• The fetus grows and the uterus gets bigger.
• At this time, the enlarged bottom of the uterus rises up to the area where the navel of the pregnant woman is located.
• The fetus grows in the womb by turning it from side to side.
• As the fetus grows, the uterus gets bigger and can be palpable anywhere in the mother’s lower abdomen.
• By the end of the fifth month of pregnancy, the upper and lower eyelids are still tight. • I have some hair on my head.

6th month of pregnancy
• At the end of the sixth month of pregnancy, the height of the fetus is 28-36 cm, and the weight is 466-679 g.
• The skin has a lot of wrinkles, and the skin color is still bright pink.
• Cover the skin of the whole body with vernix, similar to white cream.
• At this point, the upper and lower eyelids are attached to each other, but they can be easily separated and have eyelashes.
• Nails are long to the tips of the fingers.
